The PDB-120V high-voltage power management module is the "heart" and "nervous system" of high-end drones. Its core function is to process higher input voltages and efficiently step down the voltage to power low-voltage devices such as the flight control system and image transmission system.
The module has the following features:
1. High integration: To save space and weight, the PDB-120V high-voltage power management module integrates power management, step-down conversion, intelligent monitoring and heat dissipation, releasing the maximum potential of equipment with the smallest size and weight.
2. The module supports 36-120V (8-28S) input and provides three independent regulated outputs (5V, 12V, 24V), which are safely and efficiently distributed to various load devices through the XT-30 interface.
3. Provide overcurrent and overheat protection, battery power monitoring or system failure to ensure flight safety.
4. Intelligent load distribution and management can allocate power to different electrical devices such as flight control, image transmission, gimbal, mission payload, etc. according to the application scenario, ensuring the power supply priority of core systems.
5. The use of an active fan cooling solution and multi-layer PCB reduces system temperature rise, effectively avoiding performance degradation or failure in high-temperature environments, and has a wide range of applicability. It is perfectly adapted to vertical take-off and landing drones, multi-rotor drones, as well as pods, servos, avionics systems, and various intelligent expansion applications.
