The PDB-120V features wide-range 36–120V high-voltage input support, allowing seamless integration with large-capacity HV battery packs and maximizing power potential. Unlike many modular, single-function power units on the market,the PDB-120V is designed for high integration and intelligent power management, delivering a comprehensive and reliable solution for advanced UAV platforms.
Redundant Design, Safety Monitoring & Multiple Regulated Outputs
The PDB-120V provides dual power supplies for the flight controller
POWER 1 (Primary Supply): Connected via the GH12P interface to the main power input of flight controller. It also supports real-time voltage feedback, allowing the flight controller to monitor power status accurately.
POWER 2 (Backup Supply): Provides 5V XT30 output for the POWER 2 of flight controller, enabling redundant backup or extended power support.
In addition, the PDB-120V offers 5V/12V/24V regulated outputs, simplifying wiring and enhancing overall system reliability.
Real-Time Voltage Monitoring for Enhanced Situational Awareness
The GH12P connector not only powers the FC but also returns the main battery voltage directly to the flight controller—no external voltage sensor required.
Battery status can be displayed in real time in Ground Control Station (GCS), providing pilots with early low-voltage warnings and supporting comprehensive battery health assessment.
Three Independent Regulators for Flexible Power Supply
Provides three independent outputs: 5V / 12V / 24V, all equipped with reliable XT30 connectors. Each output channel can deliver up to 2A of clean, stable current, ensuring consistent performance under load.
With substantial power capacity (e.g., 24V continuous 48W, peak 120W), the module can easily support high-demand onboard equipment, including heavy-duty gimbals、searchlights、loudspeakers.
Active Cooling — Optimized for High-Temperature Operations
The PDB-120V features an active cooling fan combined with a multi-layer PCB thermal design, effectively minimizing temperature rise under heavy load conditions.
This design prevents thermal throttling or unexpected shutdowns, ensuring reliable and stable performance during high-power operations or extreme-temperature environments.
