The D20 single hook dropping is a high-performance, long-range precision release device designed by ZHT Aero specifically for UAVs, aiming to meet the airdrop needs of various scenarios.

1、 Selected materials, stable structure

①The metal hook of D20 is made of high-strength alloy material with a smooth surface and rounded details. It has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which improves the smoothness of the casting process and can maintain strength and stability for a long time even in harsh environments.

②Built-in reinforced structure, no fear of external vibration. The hook opens and closes smoothly, with strong gripping force and stable load-bearing, ensuring that it does not fall off or get stuck during flight and release.

①D20 has a lightweight design and weighs about 240g, which greatly reduces the extra burden on the drone, while having a strong 20kg load-bearing capacity.

②The compact shape not only saves the load space of the drone, but also ensures flexible adaptation, making it still have powerful performance in a compact body. It is a professional dropping device that is both functional and portable.

3、Remote control, one-button release

①The D20 single hook dropping device adopts PWM control mode, which has fast response and stable signal. It can be easily integrated by simply connecting to the control system of the drone to achieve remote and precise control. During the flight mission, the operator can send instructions through the ground station or flight control system to control the release timing of the D20 in real time to ensure accurate release.

②Support linkage with the ground station to realize fully autonomous flight missions, from takeoff, route planning to precise drop at the target point, all can be completed automatically under preset conditions. The operator only needs to set the mission parameters in advance at the ground station, and the D20 can fly to the designated location with the drone and realize autonomous drop at a fixed point without manual intervention, which greatly improves the intelligence level and execution efficiency of drone operations.

4、Quick installation, convenient and easy to use

①The D20 is equipped with a 3mm carbon fiber mounting plate with multiple screw holes designed to accommodate a variety of drone models for convenient and flexible installation. A cable through hole is set in the center of the plate to make the wiring of power and signal cables neater and safer, effectively reducing the risk of cable damage.

②D20 can be used with the Pandora quick-release device to achieve rapid disassembly and installation, greatly improving operating efficiency and making it easier for drones to switch between different tasks.
